These terms describe the rules for using Battleline Command and the limits of the coaching it produces.

This document is a working draft prepared from how the application actually operates. It has not been reviewed by an attorney, and it makes no certification or regulatory-compliance claim. It must be reviewed before any paid public launch.

Agreement

These terms govern use of Battleline Command. By using the application you agree to them. If you are using the application on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organization.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

The application is a closed platform for adult professional use. There is no public registration; access is provisioned by an administrator.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for everything done through your account.
You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share your account.
Accounts must be in an active state to be used. An account that is not active cannot access the application.

Authorized Use

You may use the application only for legitimate sales coaching and performance-development purposes within your organization, and only in accordance with applicable law and your organization's policies.

Organizations and Account Roles

Accounts hold a role — such as agent, coach, manager, agency administrator or platform administrator — which determines what that account can see and do. Supervisory and coaching roles may review the calls, scores and coaching material of the people within their scope.

Organization administrators may manage membership, invitations, access requests, removals and coach assignments for their organization.

Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of the recordings, notes and other content you upload or enter. You grant the operator the permission needed to store and process that content in order to provide the application, including transcription and AI analysis.

You are solely responsible for having the legal authority and all consents required to record any conversation you upload, and to upload it here. Recording-consent law varies by jurisdiction. Do not upload a recording you are not lawfully entitled to upload, and do not upload content unrelated to sales coaching.

AI-Generated Coaching and Its Limits

Scores, findings and coaching guidance are produced automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation.
Output is a coaching aid. It is not legal, compliance, employment or financial advice.
No sales result, conversion rate, income or performance improvement is promised or guaranteed.
You are responsible for any decision you make, and output should not be the sole basis for employment, compensation or disciplinary action.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to access another user's or another organization's data.
Do not probe, scan, disrupt or attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation or rate limits.
Do not upload malicious files, or content that is unlawful or that infringes another person's rights.
Do not scrape, resell, or provide access to the application to anyone who has not been provisioned an account.
Do not use the application to harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully surveil any person.

Account Access and Support

Access is granted, changed and withdrawn by administrators. A platform administrator may use a read-only support view of an account to resolve a support issue; that view cannot make changes, and its use is recorded.

Subscriptions, Complimentary and Promotional Access

The application includes administrative configuration describing what an account is expected to pay, including standard, complimentary, discounted and custom arrangements.

No billing provider is connected. The application does not currently take payment, issue invoices, store payment methods or process charges of any kind. Any pricing configuration visible today is administrative record-keeping only and is not a charge.

Complimentary or promotional access is granted at the operator's discretion and may be time-limited or withdrawn.

OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: Paid subscription terms — price, billing cycle, taxes, cancellation, refunds, renewal and payment-provider terms — have not been established. They must be finalised and presented before any paid launch. Nothing in this document creates a payment obligation.

Intellectual Property

The application, its interface, its coaching methodology, its scoring logic and all related software remain the property of the operator and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application while your account is active. You may not copy, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it.

Feedback

If you send feedback, a suggestion or a bug report, the operator may use it to improve the application without obligation or compensation to you. Do not include confidential information you do not want used for that purpose.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated by your organization's administrator, or by the operator where these terms are breached or where continued access presents a security or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the application ends. Content already stored may be retained or removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your organization's instructions.

Disclaimers

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty of any kind is made — including that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcripts, scores or coaching output will be accurate or complete.

No claim of certification or of compliance with any particular security or privacy framework is made.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost revenue or lost data arising from use of the application.

Governing Law and Disputes

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the application changes. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
