Battleline Command Terms & Conditions

Battleline Command is a sales-coaching and performance platform designed to help sales professionals, coaches, managers, agencies, and organizations evaluate sales conversations, identify performance patterns, develop skills, and improve sales execution.

Depending on the user's plan, role, organization, and enabled features, Command may provide functionality including:

• sales-call uploads;
• transcription;
• call analysis;
• AI-generated coaching;
• performance scoring;
• skill assessments;
• longitudinal performance tracking;
• coaching plans;
• training recommendations;
• practice tools;
• manager and coach views;
• team performance information;
• production tracking;
• achievements or progression features;
• performance diagnostics; and
• related sales-development tools.

Features may vary by plan, role, account type, organization, sponsorship status, configuration, and product version.

Battleline Command uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to analyze submitted sales conversations and generate coaching, assessments, observations, recommendations, summaries, scores, and other performance information.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to interpretation.

Command is intended to assist human sales coaching and decision-making. It is not a substitute for professional judgment.

Users remain responsible for evaluating and applying coaching recommendations appropriately.

Battleline does not guarantee that following any recommendation will result in a sale, increased production, increased income, regulatory compliance, or any particular business outcome.

Battleline Command does not guarantee:

• a particular closing percentage;
• increased sales;
• a specific number of applications;
• issued policies;
• premium volume;
• commissions;
• income;
• improved performance within a particular timeframe;
• accuracy of every score, diagnosis, or recommendation; or
• any particular business or financial result.

Results depend on numerous factors outside Battleline's control, including user skill, effort, implementation, follow-up, product availability, market conditions, consumer circumstances, management, coaching, underwriting, licensing, and other factors.

Testimonials, examples, benchmarks, performance indicators, prior results, or product demonstrations do not guarantee future performance.

Battleline Command allows eligible users to submit sales-call recordings and related information for analysis.

The user or organization submitting content is responsible for ensuring that it has the legal right to:

• record the communication;
• possess the recording;
• upload the recording;
• disclose the recording to Battleline;
• process or analyze the recording; and
• use any personal information contained in the recording.

Users are responsible for obtaining all notices, permissions, or consents required by applicable federal or state law.

Call-recording and consent laws vary by jurisdiction.

Battleline does not provide legal advice regarding call recording, wiretapping, consent, privacy, telemarketing, or communications laws.

Users must not intentionally submit recordings or other information they are not legally authorized to possess, disclose, or process.

Submitted audio may be transcribed and processed to provide Battleline Command functionality.

Depending on the applicable features, Command may maintain information including:

• audio or call files;
• transcripts;
• speaker or conversation segments;
• timestamps;
• call-analysis results;
• coaching reports;
• skill assessments;
• coaching history;
• performance history;
• training activity;
• practice activity;
• production information;
• user-generated information; and
• related metadata.

The handling of personal information is further described in the Battleline Command Privacy Policy.

Battleline Command may support different account types and roles, including:

• individual sales agents;
• producers;
• coaches;
• managers;
• agency owners;
• administrators;
• organization administrators; and
• other authorized roles.

Available information and functionality may differ based on role and account permissions.

Users must not attempt to obtain permissions or access beyond those assigned to them.

Battleline Command currently offers the following standalone individual monthly plans:

AGENT — $99 per month. 15 call analyses per applicable monthly usage cycle.

PRO — $199 per month. 35 call analyses per applicable monthly usage cycle.

UNLIMITED — $399 per month. Unlimited analyses subject to reasonable-use and platform-protection requirements.

Pricing displayed during enrollment controls the actual purchase.

Battleline may offer additional or revised plans prospectively.

Battleline may offer annual billing for individual Command plans.

Current annual pricing reflects a 15% discount from twelve monthly payments:

AGENT — $1,009.80 billed annually. Equivalent to $84.15 per month.

PRO — $2,029.80 billed annually. Equivalent to $169.15 per month.

UNLIMITED — $4,069.80 billed annually. Equivalent to $339.15 per month.

The effective monthly amount is shown for comparison only.

An annual subscription is charged according to its annual billing schedule rather than as twelve separate monthly charges.

Battleline Command may offer Agency accounts consisting of a recurring platform subscription plus applicable paid seats.

Current Agency platform pricing is $299 per month platform fee.

Current monthly seat pricing:

• Agent seat — $79 per month
• Pro seat — $159 per month
• Unlimited seat — $349 per month
• Coach seat — $59 per month
• Admin seat — $59 per month

Available roles, seat configurations, purchasing methods, minimums, sales-assisted requirements, or account functionality may be presented during the applicable Agency enrollment process.

Battleline Command may offer Enterprise accounts consisting of a recurring platform subscription plus applicable paid seats.

Current Enterprise platform pricing is $399 per month platform fee.

Current monthly seat pricing:

• Agent seat — $79 per month
• Pro seat — $159 per month
• Unlimited seat — $349 per month
• Coach seat — $59 per month
• Admin seat — $59 per month

Where annual Enterprise Coach or Admin pricing is offered, the current annual amount is $601.80 per applicable seat.

Enterprise availability, configuration, purchasing, implementation, or other terms may be sales-assisted or otherwise presented during the applicable purchasing process.

Eligible new standalone Command customers may be offered a 3-day free trial.

The Battleline Command launch trial is limited to exactly ONE customer call analysis/upload.

The trial ends upon the earlier applicable restriction:

• the 3-day trial period expires; or
• the one permitted trial analysis has been consumed for purposes of additional analysis access.

After the single permitted trial analysis is consumed, no additional call analyses are available under the trial even if time remains in the 3-day period.

If the trial period expires without the analysis being used, the unused trial analysis does not survive the trial expiration.

Trial access:

• does not provide the normal paid-plan monthly analysis allowance;
• does not roll over;
• has no cash value;
• may be limited to eligible new users; and
• may be restricted where Battleline reasonably determines that trial eligibility is being abused or circumvented.

The applicable enrollment interface will disclose whether payment information is required and whether the trial converts to a paid subscription.

By purchasing a recurring standalone Battleline Command subscription, you authorize Battleline and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the billing cadence selected during enrollment until the subscription is properly canceled or otherwise terminated.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly.

Annual subscriptions renew annually.

Agency and Enterprise charges may include applicable platform and seat charges according to the applicable account configuration and billing terms presented during purchase.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Metered Battleline Command plans include the analysis allowance associated with the applicable plan or entitlement.

Analysis allowances apply to the applicable usage cycle.

Unused analyses do not roll over unless Battleline expressly states otherwise.

An unused allowance:

• has no cash value;
• does not create a refund;
• does not create a transferable credit; and
• does not create an entitlement after the applicable cycle or service relationship ends.

Unlimited plans remain subject to reasonable-use, security, abuse-prevention, and platform-protection controls.

Battleline may prevent automated abuse, credential sharing, account circumvention, excessive non-human usage, or other activity inconsistent with legitimate use of an Unlimited plan.

Battleline may, in its discretion, provide eligible users with promotional, administrative, service-recovery, or other analysis credits.

Such credits:

• are not cash;
• have no cash value;
• are not transferable unless Battleline expressly allows it; and
• may be limited to the applicable usage cycle or eligibility conditions.

The provision of a credit does not require Battleline to provide similar credits in the future.

Eligible Battleline Operations customers may receive Battleline Command access sponsored through their Battleline Operations relationship.

Operations-sponsored Command access is not the same as a standalone self-funded Command subscription.

Current Operations-sponsored analysis allowances are:

• Platform Access only — 15 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
• STRIKE — 15 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
• ADVANCE — 30 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
• CONQUER — 50 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
• DOMINATE — 70 analyses per applicable monthly cycle
• LEGACY DOMINATE — 85 analyses per applicable monthly cycle (existing 85-transfer customers only)

Operations-sponsored allowances do not roll over unless Battleline expressly states otherwise.

One-time additional transfer purchases through Battleline Operations do not independently increase the Command analysis allowance.

Operations package changes, sponsorship validity, service status, payment status, cancellation, suspension, or termination may affect sponsored Command eligibility.

An Operations-sponsored user may also be subject to the Battleline Operations Terms & Conditions for Operations services.

Battleline Operations and Battleline Command may operate using separate systems, authentication infrastructure, databases, domains, and billing/service components even when a secure account handoff is provided for customer convenience.

Users participating in an Agency, Enterprise, sponsored, managed, or other organizational account understand that authorized owners, administrators, managers, or coaches may have access to certain account, performance, coaching, production, call-analysis, or team information as permitted by the applicable role and product configuration.

Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to their users.

Battleline is not responsible for an organization's internal decision to grant an authorized user access that is permitted by the organization's configured role structure.

Command may create or maintain longitudinal information intended to help users understand performance over time.

This may include:

• skill history;
• coaching objectives;
• development state;
• trends;
• personal records;
• achievements;
• progression;
• practice results;
• training recommendations;
• production information;
• attention indicators; and
• other coaching or performance data.

Such information is intended for coaching and business-development purposes and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed or independently audited measurement of future sales performance.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.

Users must promptly notify Battleline of suspected unauthorized account access.

Users may not intentionally share individual account credentials to avoid applicable subscription, usage, role, or seat requirements.

Users may not use Battleline Command to:

• violate applicable law;
• unlawfully record or process communications;
• submit content they are not authorized to use;
• engage in fraud or deceptive conduct;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• interfere with Battleline systems;
• circumvent subscription controls;
• circumvent usage or analysis limits;
• circumvent seat requirements;
• defeat security controls;
• scrape or systematically extract Battleline proprietary information without authorization;
• resell or redistribute Command access without authorization;
• use automated methods designed to abuse Unlimited access;
• upload malicious code or harmful material; or
• materially harm Battleline, its users, service providers, or systems.

As between Battleline and the submitting customer, the customer retains its rights in content it lawfully submits to Command.

The customer grants Battleline the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transcribe, analyze, secure, transmit, display, maintain, and otherwise handle submitted content for purposes of providing and operating the service.

Battleline's handling of personal information is governed by the Battleline Command Privacy Policy.

Battleline Command's software, interfaces, reports, analysis frameworks, coaching systems, scoring systems, training materials, workflows, branding, designs, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Battleline and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly authorized, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Battleline proprietary systems or materials.

Battleline Command relies on third-party services and infrastructure that may include:

• artificial intelligence providers;
• transcription technology;
• payment processors;
• cloud infrastructure;
• database providers;
• authentication providers;
• hosting providers;
• email providers;
• analytics; and
• other technical services.

Temporary outages, interruptions, delays, or errors may occur.

Battleline will make commercially reasonable efforts to operate and support the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

If an authorized recurring payment fails, Battleline or its payment processor may retry the payment.

During an unresolved failed-payment or past-due state, Battleline may restrict or suspend applicable account functionality.

A failed payment does not necessarily constitute cancellation.

Customers remain responsible for valid charges incurred under an active subscription.

Customers should contact Battleline regarding billing questions or disputed charges before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Battleline may suspend or restrict service while a chargeback, payment dispute, failed payment, or outstanding balance is being investigated or resolved.

Standalone Command customers may cancel recurring subscriptions through available account-management functionality or another Battleline-approved method.

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

• cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable subscription boundary;
• the customer retains applicable paid access through the current paid service period;
• cancellation does not retroactively refund a paid period that has already begun; and
• unused analyses do not create a cash refund.

Monthly and annual subscriptions have different paid-through boundaries based on their applicable billing cadence.

Agency and Enterprise cancellation may be subject to the applicable account configuration and any additional written agreement accepted by the customer.

Operations-sponsored users should manage the underlying Operations relationship through Battleline Operations where sponsorship depends on that relationship.

Except where required by law or expressly approved by Battleline, Battleline Command subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable paid service period has begun.

This includes monthly and annual subscription charges and applicable platform or seat charges.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal according to the applicable subscription state and billing boundary. It does not retroactively refund a service period already purchased.

Trial usage has no cash value.

Unused analyses have no cash value.

Promotional or administrative analysis credits have no cash value.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Battleline may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary due to:

• nonpayment;
• payment disputes or chargebacks;
• suspected fraud;
• security threats;
• material violation of these Terms;
• unlawful use;
• unauthorized recordings or content;
• account or credential abuse;
• circumvention of usage or seat controls;
• misuse of Battleline systems; or
• conduct materially threatening Battleline, its users, service providers, or legal obligations.

Accrued financial obligations remain subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Battleline may modify Command's features, plans, pricing, usage allowances, interfaces, technology, or product configuration prospectively.

Material changes affecting an active recurring subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section authorizes retroactive modification of a charge already incurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Battleline Command is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

AI-generated analysis, coaching, scoring, and recommendations are informational tools and may contain errors or limitations.

Battleline disclaims warranties to the extent legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Battleline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to use of Battleline Command.

Users remain responsible for their sales activity, insurance activity, communications, recommendations, compliance, business decisions, and use of Command-generated information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Battleline's collection and use of personal information associated with Command is governed by the Battleline Command Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Questions concerning Battleline Command accounts, subscriptions, billing, privacy, or these Terms should be submitted through the contact or support methods published by Battleline.

Battleline may update these Terms from time to time.

The Effective Date may be revised when the Terms change.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

By creating an account, beginning a trial, purchasing or maintaining a subscription, receiving sponsored access, submitting content, or using Command, you acknowledge that you:

• have read and understand these Terms;
• understand applicable recurring billing;
• understand applicable analysis allowances;
• understand the trial limitation where applicable;
• understand that unused analyses generally do not roll over;
• understand your responsibilities concerning call recordings and submitted content;
• understand that AI-generated coaching may contain errors or limitations;
• understand that Battleline does not guarantee sales, commissions, income, or performance results; and
• agree to comply with these Terms.
