Battleline Command Privacy Policy

The user or organization submitting a recording is responsible for having the legal right and any required consent to record, possess, disclose, upload, and analyze the communication.

Battleline Command may transcribe submitted audio.

Information generated or maintained in connection with a call may include:

• transcript text;
• speaker or conversation segments;
• timestamps;
• diarization or speaker-role information;
• call metadata;
• analysis results;
• coaching observations;
• skill assessments;
• scores;
• development information; and
• related performance data.

Battleline Command uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to provide certain product functionality.

Submitted or derived information may be processed to:

• transcribe conversations;
• analyze sales behavior;
• identify performance patterns;
• generate coaching observations;
• generate recommendations;
• assess skills;
• identify development opportunities;
• compare performance over time; and
• provide related Command functionality.

AI-generated information may contain errors and should be evaluated using appropriate human judgment.

Command may maintain information designed to support longitudinal coaching and performance development, including:

• coaching reports;
• coaching plans;
• coaching objectives;
• coaching history;
• skill history;
• development state;
• training assignments;
• training completion;
• practice results;
• performance trends;
• production information;
• personal records;
• progression;
• achievements;
• challenges;
• attention indicators;
• recognition information; and
• other product-generated performance information.

Battleline may use information to:

• create and administer accounts;
• authenticate users;
• provide call-analysis services;
• provide AI coaching and performance information;
• administer subscriptions;
• administer trials;
• administer analysis allowances and usage;
• provide Agency and Enterprise functionality;
• provide coach and manager functionality;
• administer Operations-sponsored access;
• maintain coaching and performance history;
• provide training and practice functionality;
• communicate about accounts and services;
• send transactional communications;
• provide customer support;
• prevent fraud and abuse;
• secure our systems;
• diagnose technical issues;
• maintain transaction and business records;
• enforce applicable terms and policies;
• improve our products, systems, and services; and
• comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

If you participate in an Agency, Enterprise, sponsored, managed, or other organizational account, authorized individuals within that organization may be able to access certain information associated with your account according to their assigned permissions.

Depending on the applicable role and configuration, this may include:

• coaching reports;
• skill information;
• performance trends;
• production information;
• training information;
• coaching assignments;
• account status; and
• other team-performance information.

Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions to their users.

Eligible Battleline Operations customers may receive sponsored access to Battleline Command.

To administer this relationship, Battleline Operations and Battleline Command may exchange limited information necessary to determine and maintain sponsorship, including:

• user identity information;
• Operations account references;
• package information;
• sponsorship status;
• service eligibility;
• entitlement information;
• usage-allowance information; and
• applicable service-state information.

Battleline Operations and Battleline Command may operate through separate application systems, databases, authentication systems, domains, and infrastructure.

Connected access does not mean all information in one system is automatically copied into the other.

Battleline does not sell Command customer account information for unrelated third-party marketing purposes.

We may share information with service providers reasonably necessary to operate Command, including providers of:

• payment processing;
• artificial intelligence;
• transcription;
• cloud hosting;
• databases;
• authentication;
• security;
• email and communications;
• analytics;
• application infrastructure;
• technical support; and
• business administration.

Providers may process information as necessary to perform services for Battleline or as otherwise permitted by law.

• to protect Battleline, users, service providers, consumers, or others;

Eligible marketing messages may provide an unsubscribe method.

Transactional, billing, account, and security communications may continue as necessary to administer the service relationship.

Battleline uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Safeguards may include:

• authentication;
• access controls;
• role-based permissions;
• encryption;
• restricted service credentials;
• logging;
• audit controls;
• security monitoring; and
• other safeguards appropriate to the system.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Battleline may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide Command;
• maintain customer accounts;
• administer subscriptions and billing;
• maintain coaching and performance history;
• support longitudinal analysis;
• prevent fraud;
• maintain security;
• resolve disputes;
• enforce agreements;
• maintain business records; and
• satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, or operational requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the information and purpose.

Users and organizations submitting information to Command are responsible for ensuring that the collection, recording, possession, disclosure, and submission of that information are lawful.

Users should not intentionally submit personal information, recordings, or other material they are not legally authorized to use.

Depending on applicable law and where an individual resides, certain rights may apply to personal information.

These may include rights to request:

• access;
• correction;
• deletion; or

Certain information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary or legally permitted for:

Information submitted directly to those services is subject to their applicable policies.

If Battleline is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

Battleline Command is intended for adults and business professionals.

It is not directed to children under 13, and Battleline does not knowingly offer Command accounts to children under 13.

Battleline may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The Effective Date may be revised when changes are made.
