Battleline Command Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy summarizes billing, renewal, cancellation, trial, and refund rules applicable to Battleline Command.

It should be read together with the Battleline Command Terms & Conditions.

1.Standalone Individual Plans

Current monthly individual pricing:

AGENT — $99/month. 15 analyses per applicable monthly usage cycle.

PRO — $199/month. 35 analyses per applicable monthly usage cycle.

UNLIMITED — $399/month. Unlimited analyses subject to reasonable-use and platform-protection requirements.

2.Annual Individual Billing

Current annual individual pricing:

AGENT — $1,009.80 billed annually.

PRO — $2,029.80 billed annually.

UNLIMITED — $4,069.80 billed annually.

Annual subscriptions are charged according to an annual billing cadence.

The displayed monthly-equivalent amount is for comparison and does not mean the customer is charged monthly.

3.Agency and Enterprise Billing

Current Agency platform pricing is $299/month.

Current Enterprise platform pricing is $399/month.

Current monthly seat pricing for Agency and Enterprise:

  • Agent — $79
  • Pro — $159
  • Unlimited — $349
  • Coach — $59
  • Admin — $59

Agency or Enterprise purchasing may be sales-assisted and may include account-specific configuration or additional written terms.

Where separate written terms apply, those terms may supplement this policy.

4.Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a 3-day Battleline Command trial limited to exactly one customer call analysis/upload.

The trial does not provide the normal paid-plan analysis allowance.

After the single permitted trial analysis has been consumed, no additional trial analyses are available even if time remains in the 3-day trial period.

The trial expires after 3 days even if the single analysis was never used.

Unused trial access:

  • does not roll over;
  • has no cash value;
  • cannot be exchanged for a paid-plan analysis; and
  • does not create a refund or credit.

Where the applicable enrollment flow states that a trial will convert into a paid subscription, the customer should cancel before the applicable conversion/renewal boundary to prevent the future charge.

5.Recurring Subscriptions

Standalone Battleline Command subscriptions recur according to the billing cadence selected during enrollment.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly.

Annual subscriptions renew annually.

By maintaining a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes Battleline and its payment processor to charge the applicable payment method according to that billing schedule until the subscription is properly canceled or otherwise terminated.

6.Cancellation

Eligible standalone customers may cancel through the available Command account-management functionality or another Battleline-approved method.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • cancellation prevents future renewal according to the applicable subscription boundary;
  • paid access continues through the applicable paid-through date;
  • cancellation does not immediately erase the remaining paid service period; and
  • cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

Monthly and annual subscriptions have different paid-through dates based on their respective billing cadences.

7.Annual Cancellation

An annual customer who cancels during an already-paid annual term generally retains applicable access through the end of that paid annual term.

Cancellation prevents the next applicable annual renewal.

Except where required by law or expressly approved by Battleline, cancellation does not create a prorated refund for unused time remaining in an annual term.

8.Analysis Allowances

Unused analyses generally do not roll over from one usage cycle to another.

Unused analyses:

  • have no cash value;
  • do not create a refund;
  • do not create a future account balance; and
  • are not transferable unless Battleline expressly states otherwise.

Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable-use and platform-protection requirements.

9.Promotional or Administrative Credits

Promotional, administrative, or service-recovery analysis credits have no cash value.

Such credits may be limited to an applicable cycle or eligibility period and do not create a cash-refund entitlement.

10.Operations-Sponsored Command Users

Operations-sponsored Command access is governed by the eligible user's Battleline Operations relationship.

Operations-sponsored users are not charged a separate standalone Command subscription merely because they receive sponsored Command access, unless they separately purchase a standalone Command subscription.

Changes to the underlying Operations relationship may affect Command sponsorship.

Cancellation of the Operations relationship should be managed through Battleline Operations and is subject to applicable Battleline Operations terms and cancellation policies.

11.Agency and Enterprise Cancellation

Agency and Enterprise accounts may include platform and seat billing.

Applicable cancellation behavior may depend on:

  • the purchased account configuration;
  • the billing cadence;
  • seat configuration;
  • account-management functionality; and
  • any additional written agreement accepted by the customer.

Nothing on this page creates an entitlement inconsistent with a separately accepted Agency or Enterprise agreement.

12.Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly approved by Battleline, payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable paid service period has begun.

This includes:

  • monthly subscription charges;
  • annual subscription charges;
  • platform charges; and
  • applicable paid seat charges.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal. It does not retroactively refund service already purchased.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13.Failed Payments

Failed recurring payments may be retried by Battleline or its payment processor.

Account functionality may be restricted or suspended while a payment remains unresolved.

A failed payment does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

14.Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

Customers should contact Battleline regarding billing questions before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Battleline may restrict or suspend service while a chargeback, payment dispute, failed payment, or outstanding balance is being investigated or resolved.

15.How to Cancel or Manage Billing

Standalone Command customers should use the billing/account-management functionality provided within Battleline Command when available.

Operations-sponsored customers should manage the underlying Operations relationship through Battleline Operations.

Agency and Enterprise customers should use the applicable account-management process or contact Battleline where account assistance is required.

16.Questions

Questions regarding Command subscriptions, trials, billing, cancellation, or refunds should be submitted through the support or contact methods published by Battleline Command.
